Abstract EN
The author represents a retrospective here on the evolution in Algeria of sociological and anthropological practices, and the context of their acclimatization in the country.
One of the conclusions drawn is that sociologists have in fact learnt the necessity of a comprehensive approach, a pluralistic subject work, thus one of anthropology.

L’auteur présente ici une rétrospective sur l’évolution en Algérie des pratiques en sociologie et en anthropologie, et du contexte de leur acclimatation dans le pays.
Une des conclusions tirées est que les sociologues ont en fait appris la nécessité de l’approche compréhensive, du travail pluri-disciplinaire et donc, de l’anthropologie.
