Abstract EN

Doctor Hatim Al-sakr tried to use all the contemporary critical materials to raise the standard of the Arabic literature and culture.

He changed the face of critic work in his book (Al-baàr w Al-assal) to be open work for all literatures contents through special way of reading which give the reading text a new meaning..

He depended on selecting example by using the poem of (sayhat Al- Jarar lahsb Al-shaikh Jaffer).

He referred to the relationship between the structural texts itself to build the text and observe opening way of these structures on others texts have relation with it.

This research aims to discover the technic of this reading and its conditions in that example.

It tries to show Al-Sakr activity as he producing reader to the critical text parallel to the original text, in the same time, he puts the right bases to the modern Arabic critic speech in Iraq.
