سلطت هذه الدراسة الضوء على دور الاتصال الاداري كأداة مناجيرية لتعزيز أداء مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر، و لتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة فقد تم توزيع مجموعة من الاستبانات التي تم تصميمها لفحص متغيرات الدراسة على عينة متكونة من (70) موظفا وموظفة يعملون بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر، وقد بلغ عدد الاستبانات المستردة و الصالحة للتحليل (55) استبانة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: - مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر تتبنى تطبيق الإتصال الإداري، كما أن الاتصال السائد هو الإتصال الأفقي.
- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الإتصال الأفقي و أداء المؤسسة محل الدراسة.
- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاتصال الإداري و أداء المؤسسة محل الدراسة.

Abstract EN
JEL: L25, L22, O15 This study sheds light on examining the role of administrative communication as a management tool to enhance the performance in the Algerian institution telecomm.
In order to achieve the objectives of this study, we distributed a questionnaire designed to check the variables of the study on a sample consisting of (70) employees working at that institution.
The total number of recovered questionnaire that are qualified for analysis is (55) questionnaires: The most important results of this study are: - The Institution Algeria Telecomm adopts the administration communication- There are differences on the statistical indication, between horizontal communication and Performance the Enterprise.
