Abstract EN

The study explores the impact of logistics development on economic growth in Algeria using time series data from 1990 to 2017.

To establish the relationship, a set of variables are employed as indicators for logistics sector and economic growth; hence the study involves two stages of analysis: factor analysis and regression analysis.

The findings reveal three main factors telecommunications, trade and industry, and services; while the transport factor is not defined.

The regression analysis denotes the estimation of the relationship shows that the overall factors are either positive or negative, and statistically significant correlated with the GDP.

Consequently, the logistic specificities constitute an important role for reinforcement of economic diversification.
