The issue of achieving job satisfaction is one of the important issues for human resources, which prompted the researcher to choose and adopt the topic of job satisfaction and investigate it and seek to find effective solutions to it, and the research problem is based on the lack of job satisfaction that human resources feel in some organizations working in the business environment.

And governmental organizations in particular, especially those health staff working in the Martyr Al-Sadr General Hospital in Baghdad, while the importance of research stems from the importance of human resources feeling job satisfaction with the work they perform, which in turn is reflected in the level of quality of services provided by them to the beneficiaries, Where the research aimed to identify the level of job satisfaction among human resources working in Al-Shahid Al-Sadr General Hospital, one of the formations of the Iraqi Ministry of Health in Baghdad.

) A questionnaire form on the research sample, which contains (25) inferential statements about the research variables, (71) valid forms were subjected to statistical analysis, The researcher used a package of statistical methods symbolized by (SPSS) and (Excel) program in order to analyze the obtained data.

The results of the research concluded that there is general job satisfaction at an average level, as well as the presence of statistically significant differences in job satisfaction that are attributed to demographic variables (gender - age - educational qualification - job position - number of years of service) among human resources working in Al-Shaheed Al-Sadr General Hospital in Baghdad.

The researcher recommended the necessity of overcoming all obstacles and obstacles in the job work and seeking to provide everything that would enhance job satisfaction for employees in the hospital, the research sample, and all other similar organizations.
