Abstract EN

The research aimed to identify the number of available effective management among the public kindergarten schools for the city of Baghdad, including Baghdad Karkh/1 Also, the study aims to indicate whether there are statistically significant differences among the study samples for kindergarten teachers.

To achieve the goal of this research, the researcher built a scale for effective management based on previous books and studies.

The result of the scale was illustrated in number of paragraphs, which are (31) items distributed over six areas After verifying the psychometric properties of the scale, it was applied to the basic research sample, which is a population of (100) kindergarten teachers, who were chosen by a simple random method.

After the data was collected, it was processed statistically using appropriate statistical methods، The results showed that kindergarten managers apply an effective management, but to a low level that is not sufficient، Regarding the obtained results, the researcher made some suggestions and Recommendations, including preparing rehabilitation courses for kindergarten management to increase their administrative efficiency, providing materials, bonuses, and incentives for active administrations to strengthen the spirit of competition among kindergarten managers and their performance
