This study aimed to highlight the necessity of integrating business organizations into the knowledge economy, by clarifying the mechanisms of synergy between human resource and knowledge management.

and present one of the successful experiences in this field, represented by Google's experiment, using the description and analysis methodologies to answer the problem of the study.

The study revealed the most important mechanisms for achieving integration between human resource and knowledge management, represented by the alignment of knowledge management processes with the human resources strategy, as well as the harmonization of human resources management practices with the knowledge strategy, all this in light of the organization's business strategy, and a favorable organisations environment.
