تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة حقيقة جباية المؤسسة امام اختبار الرقابة الجبائية، و هذا مع غياب خيار اعتماد المؤسسة للتدقيق و الاستشارة الجبائيين، وذلك بإجراء تطبيق على عينة من المؤسسات خضعت للرقابة وتم احداث تسوية لوضعيتها الجبائية.
خلصت الدراسة الى نتائج أبرزها وجود علاقة وطيدة بين استعانة المؤسسة بالتدقيق و الاستشارة الجبائيين و بين ضمان مصداقية و صحة و صدق التصريحات الجبائية
Abstract EN
This study aims to know the fact of corporate tax in front of tax control choice.
without the choice of adopting tax auditing and consultation this with application on sample of companies that were subject of control and it makes regulation ofIts tax situation.
the mainresults of this study show strong relationship between the use of audit and fiscal consulting and the transparency and adequacy of reports disclosure.
