The effect of corruption and anti-corruption on firm performance

Abstract EN

The research aimed to investigate the effects of corruption and anti-corruption on firm performance.

The data of the research was collected from participants who work in a private international school group in Dhahran city in Saudi Arabia, this research was applied to a sample of 200 employees.

The result of the study has indicated that there is a significant low relationship between corruptions and firm performance, the results also indicated that there was a significant strong relationship between anti-corruption and firm performance.

and the results showed that there is no significant effect of corruption on Firm performance while there is a strong significant effect of ant-corruption on firm performance.

The research has recommended that managers and officials should invest more time in anti-corruption awareness, and try to control corrupted behaviors, finally implement an effective system to help both managers and employees avoid any related corruption behaviors.
