Abstract EN

The future of the world is by development of nations with their educational and scientifically system because it consider the rudiment basis and the heartbeats for the development any society so the educational system is consider complete system and secondary education is a base component and crucially.

Its represent the loop of contacting between the secondary education and university education.

The aims of the research: 1- The level of meetings management for the headmasters for the secondary school in Wasit province.

2- The level of crisis management for the headmasters for the secondary school in Wasit province.

3- the rapid of relationship between the level of meeting management and crisis management for the secondary headmasters.

The research community included male and female assistants in secondary schools is include the assistants in the secondary schools in Wasit province for the year (2020-2021), who they are (200) assistants.

Use the statistic facilities: 1- Correlation of Pearson.2- second test (T-test).3- normative deflecting.4- likely medium.5- alpha Grunbakh statute.

The results of the research: meetings managing were good.
