This article studies the concepts related to globalization, democracy and human rights in its theoretical side, and on this basis, it seeks to determine globalization's relationship to these variables, as it emphasizes on the mechanisms through which globalization woks to spread the concepts of democracy and human rights on the international level.

The study also touched on the role of international and regional organizations as one of the most important factors contributing to the globalization of democracy and human rights in the world.
