Cyber bullying is one of the modern types of bullying in which bullying has shifted from the traditional social environment to the virtual environment, through social media and tools.

The phenomenon has turned into a broader and more dangerous range due to the extreme openness, ambiguity and anonymity available to the bully, which made electronic bullying take the lead in the manifestations of bullying.

It is a new field that needs a deep theoretical study, to clarify its connotations, explain its forms and the tools used in it, identify the factors contributing to its spread, as well as identify ways to confront it, and this is what we will try to address in this article.
