The study aimed at :building a comprehensive quality management measure in sports clubs for the middle Euphrates region; learn about the quality management system in the first division clubs in Iraq.

the researcher concluded-the quality management measure built by the researcher achieved the goals for which it was built .improving and developing the levels of sports teams is one of the priorities of strategic planning to manage the overall quality in sports clubs .

the researcher has reached many recommendations, including-1 :work on the design of programs to train and qualify workers in sports clubs to manage the overall quality and develop their abilities according to the arrangement of the areas of the scale.
