The study aims to know the reality of common sports injuries among handball players (players for the teams participating in the national handball championship, the premier division, central East and central west for the 2019-2020 season).

we used the descriptive approach on a sample of 100 players from different teams participating in the tournament.

national, using a questionnaire, and after statistical treatment of the results using (SPSS) to prove the validity of the hypotheses, we reached in their study the reality of common sports injuries among handball players.
