Abstract EN

The aim of the research was to identify the training needs of the middle school principals in Baghdad from the point of view of the educational supervisors.

The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach.

In order to achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting the necessary data.

The questionnaire included 40 paragraphs divided into two areas: Human relations).

The study society consisted of all the principals of 90 schools.

The questionnaire data were analyzed to obtain the results using the statistical analysis program (SPSS).

The statistical treatments were used, such as percentage, relative weight, Kronbach test, Pearson correlation, T test.

The research reached several results, the most important of which are: 1_ that the respondents showed a high degree of approval with a relative weight (88% ) requiring training needs for middle school principals.

2 - There are no significant statistical differences between males and females according to gender variable.
