Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the philosophy of organizational agility in secondary schools, analyze the components of organizational agility in public secondary schools, and determine the requirements for applying organizational agility in public secondary schools in line with the conditions of the educational reality in Egypt.

In achieving its objectives, the study relied on the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire was prepared to find out the opinions of experts and specialists of faculty members at the faculty of education and research centers on the requirements for applying organizational agility in public secondary schools in Egypt, namely (Agile values - Digital empowerment - workforce investment - Proactive - Cooperation and concerted efforts - Flexible Structures - Organizational Ambidexterity), and the number of sample reached (81) members from all educational departments (professor - assistant professor - teacher) The study found a set of requirements for the application of organizational agility in public secondary schools in Egypt, which are, first: the requirements for achieving agile values, And their mechanisms are: (the presence of a unit within the school that works to spread the values that motivate workers to commit, hard work, innovation, demonstrate role models, and provide moral incentives for teachers with creative abilities; Second: The requirements for achieving proactivity, and their mechanisms are: (Facilitating work procedures inside and outside the school by providing an effective electronic system, and building an electronic information based on school staff); Third: The requirements for achieving flexible structures, and their mechanisms are: (organizing workshops for members of the school community on developing the skills of workers to seize environmental opportunities and facing cultural transformations, and conducting periodic reviews of the performance of school staff); Fourth: The requirements for achieving Organizational Ambidexterity, and their mechanisms are: (Holding seminars and workshops for members of the school community on how to produce creative ideas and constructive solutions related to professional practices, and work to provide innovative means to meet the needs of the school).
