The private equity mechanism is an alternative to SME and startup financing.
This profession, which is still in its embryonic stage in Algeria, while it has reached remarkable levels of maturity elsewhere, should be considered with interest.
Its development is becoming essential for SMEs and start-ups, in particular, and the Algerian economy in general.
In an attempt to prospect for this new mode of financing, our objective in this work is to analyze to what extent private equity can contribute to improve the financing conditions of SMEs and startups in Algeria.
A presentation of the concept of private equity is necessary before going into its practical aspects.
We will focus on the advantages of private equity for SMEs and startups.

Le mécanisme du capital investissement constitue une alternative au financement des PME et des startup.
Ce métier qui est encore à l'état embryonnaire en Algérie, alors qu'il a atteint des niveaux de maturité remarquables ailleurs, doit être considéré avec intérêt.
Son développement devient indispensable pour les PME et startup, particulièrement, et l'économie algérienne en général.
Dans une tentative de prospection, quant à ce nouveau mode de financement, notre objectif dans ce travail est d'analyser dans quelle mesure le capital investissement peut contribuer à améliorer les conditions de financement des PME et startup en Algérie.
Une présentation du concept du capital investissement s'impose avant de s'étaler sur ses aspects pratiques.
Nous mettrons l'accent sur les avantages du capital-investissement pour les PME et startup.
