Abstract EN

This research deals with the jurisprudential adjustment of the current account contract, which is one of the contemporary banking operations for preserving and maintaining funds.

It aims to examine to the extent of the importance of jurisprudential adjustment on the legalization of contemporary banking transactions, and the impact of the current account on Islamic finance.

It also answers the question of how did the jurisprudential adjustment of account contract contribute to the legalization of banking transactions in light of modern digitization? The comparative approach was used to address the previous problems, and the research was divided into two sections.

The first section dealt with the sayings of the jurists in the adjustment of the current account contract, and the second examined the consequences of the jurisprudential adjustment of the current account contract.

The research revealed a set of results, the most important ones include that jurisprudential adjustment shows that current account contract is a complex banking operation through which a number of different contracts with various legitimate names are signed.
