Abstract EN

This research aims to explain the license of Ṣalāt combination during rain taking advantage of the jurisprudential rules controlling this license.

The research was divided into an introduction and three sections and a conclusion.

The first section dealt with the legitimacy of ṣalāt combination during rain, and the second section addressed its grounds.

The third section discussed the jurisprudential rules controlling the license of ṣalāt combination during rain.

The most prominent finding is that Ṣalāt combination during rain is the saying of Almadinah jurists, and was adopted by the three imams namely Malik, Ahmed and Shafi'i.

Another important finding is that the purpose of sharia in Ṣalāt combination during rain is the performance of congregational Ṣalāt.

Finally, the legitimacy of ṣalāt combination during rain is one of the evidences of the glorification of the Islamic jurisprudence for congregational Ṣalāt and its obligation.
