This book came as an answer to a question that was submitted to the scholar Sarie al-Din Ibn al-Shinah in the year 886 AH about a document that was proven by way of testimony on line at a judge of the owners of the school, and it was judged by fulfilling the legal conditions, and implemented by a Hanbali judge who considers its permissibility, and declared in its implementation that he judged and signed it, and that A Hanafi judge was asked to implement what the Hanbali judge ruled, but he refused to do so.

It is based on the fact that it is not implemented, and that this was transmitted from the scholars of the Hanafi school of thought.

The questioner asked the scholar Sarri al-Din Ibn al-Shihnah to answer about the refusal of the Hanafi judge, and does he have a basis or not? Is this ruling implemented by the tap or not? This book came as an answer to this question.
