Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet and Master Muhammad, the last of the Prophets and Messengers, and upon all his family and companions, and after: The topic of my research aims to clarify jurisprudential issues related to hunting, related to the ruling on eating hunting if dogs have caught it and not injure it or a man hits it with a sword and does not destroy it, and the ruling on eating hunting other than dogs.

I have studied the issues a comparative jurisprudential study on seven schools of thought, through the preferences of Imam Ibn Al-Faras al-Andalusi - may God have mercy on him - in his book The Rulings of the Qur'an - from Surat al-Ma'idah - then explain what the Imam Ibn Al-Faras - may God have mercy on him - favored and the importance of the subject of hunting in human life and its direct impact by earning and enefitingfrom it to live from food or the price of hunting, or using it in industry such as leather, I presented these issues in order to know what is permissible from hunting and to know what is forbidden to the hunter.
