This study gives a look around the concept of educational supervision and goes over the stages of its development since its inception to the present time with illustrations to the importance of educational supervision in educational institutions and the main features that affect its growth and development.

Also, it reviews the modern educational supervision methods in education field with focusing on the most practiced methods by female educational supervisors who are specialized in family education subject for elementary school in civilizational Abha City.
