The goal of the research is to identify the constraints of the requirements of the sustainable professional development of kindergarten teachers.

To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher used the descriptive method, and relied on the questionnaire, applied to a sample of (200) kindergarten teachers in Daqahliya governorate.

The research reached many results, including: identifying the most prominent requirements for activating the sustainable professional development of kindergarten teachers in the light of Egypt Vision 2030, sustainable professional development is a set of experiences, skills and information provided to female teachers during service with the aim of developing their educational and educational competencies and achieving the principle of lifelong education, and the goal of professional development for teachers is to raise the level of performance
