The Nagorno-Karabakh region is one of the remnants of the former Soviet Union, and it is located in the Azerbaijani lands, and after 1991 AD the Nagorno-Karabakh region announced the emergence of an independent local authority as well, which prompted Azerbaijan to abolish autonomy and enter a war with separatist groups that supported Armenia, the war ended in 1994 With the loss of Azerbaijan the region, and from time to time the conflict between the two parties (Azerbaijan - Armenia) is renewed, the last of which was on 9/27/2020 when a military confrontation occurred between the two parties and that the scale points in favor of Azerbaijan, with regional and international support for both parties, each according to their national interests.
