A caricatured speech invokes the recipient's imagination and it stimulates him to interact with the implicit message of the visual, which may serve to incorporate the image in his mind and adopt its symbolic messages.

From this perspective, the study attempted to inquest the semiological Semantics of the caricatured discourse (the subject of study) which dealt with the subject of political parties in Algeria, in parallel with revealing their implicit dimensions, based on the semiological approach of Roland Barth, related to the analysis of static images according to two interrelated levels (designation and inclusion), depending on socio-cultural context of the visual and his linguistic messages.
