The end of the Second World War is an essential step in the field of the protection of the archaeological heritage, as the countries of the world strive to emerge from the distress of successive wars and their consequences which have negatively affected the economies of the countries, in the midst of these accelerating events and in the light of many geographical and social factors, tourism has become an effective tool for getting around.

The wheels of economic development, which have contributed to the emergence of charters and laws aimed at protecting this non-renewable economic resource, Algeria is one of the first countries to highlight agreements aimed at protecting archaeological heritage.

The Algerian legislator has also worked on the development of a legal arsenal in order to create an environment conducive to the preservation of this heritage and to deliver it to future generations in the best stereotype which bears witness to past civilizations.
