Talking about the ethics and protocols of journalistic work in Algeria leads us to open a large discussion that we devote to highlighting a new phenomenon that has shed a lot of ink in many of the written titles, and has become a rich material for various media outlets, both internally and externally.

The topic of this article we have devoted to talking about media crime in the Algerian written press.

Hence, we tackle, through this article, at the most important definitions that deal with our topic from a professional and legal standpoint.

We will also attempt to focus on the relationship between the written press and journalistic crime in Algeria, and the reasons that make the act of writing in the press a crime before justice and the judiciary.

As a conclusion to thisarticle, we will provide a list of topics that Algerian media laws consider journalistic crimes.
