the policy-making process in Algeria is linked to several socio-economic and security political variables, which has made it a complex process, especially under the spread of corruption throughout the system of government, and the decline of economic performance due to the deterioration of oil prices.

In addition to the spread of security threats, the changes that Algeria has known, especially after the movement of 22 February 2019, have led to the necessity of establishing effective mechanisms that work on drawing a balanced policy that is in keeping with the aspirations of society and achieving its demands for reform and change.
