This study aims at the new European security strategy towards refugee issues, so that the phenomenon of asylum is one of the most important phenomena that require attention at the international and regional level within the framework of international public law in order to deal with it with an effective and efficient security approach that emphasizes the protection of the rights of these refugees.

As a result of the increase in the number of refugees in the world, many governmental and non-governmental voices call for the need to guard against the phenomenon of refugees through early and preventive action to prevent the spread of internal and international crises and conflicts.

Therefore, the study of the security implications of the Syrian refugees on European security in accordance with the European perception of regional / continental security on the one hand, and monitoring the suffering of the Syrian refugees from difficult humanitarian situations, deterioration of living conditions of displacement and catastrophic aspects of health, social and economic on the other hand urgent As well as the need to learn about the European strategy of dealing with the Syrian refugee crisis.
