The purpose of this study is to try to identify the most important needs of the families of autistic children and measure the degree of their prevalence among autistic families, based on the views and perceptions of the parents themselves.

In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the sample consisted of 80 parents of children with autism, of which 68 were mothers and 12 fathers.

A measurement tool was specially designed to achieve these goals.

It is an estimated list of the most important needs of autistic, in some areas of the eastern region It was found that the most common needs in the family of the child with autism were arranged in descending order starting with the most needed after the social needs and after the health and psychological needs, and finally after the educational needs, in addition to the ence of differences of statistical significance by each of the variables The following: the genus of the guardian, and monthly income of the family
