حجة الفصل بين المفاهيم في تفسير البحر المحيط لأبي حيان الأندلسي : دراسة تحليلية

Abstract EN

This research aims to highlight the argumentative practice of Tafsir scholars, especially Abou Hayyan Al-Andalousi in his book Al-Bahr Al-Mouhit, it aims to observe “The dissociation of concepts argument” which is used by Abou Hayyan to convince his audience, and that argument is an important part of the argumentative technics in Perelman theory.

The importance of this article lies in highlighting the authenticity of the argumentative practice in our Arab and Islamic heritage through the analysis of heritage texts using modern theories tools, and showing the interest of Muslim scholars in Argumentation styles and convincing audiences.
