Professional identity is a process which involves an interaction between theoretical knowledge, human relations, social reality and the practice in the company.

It is also a set of shared values, norms, attitudes, skills and concepts which enable the individual to say « this is who I am, and this is what I want to do and to be in my workplace ».

The individual’s workplace fosters their professional identity construction, because it is the entourage where the workers realize themselves by implementing their professional ideas on the ground.

Based on this definition of professional identity, we wonder to know at what extent the professional identity of them who Workers in the context of pre-employment contracts in the National Agency for Employment (ANEM) can be constructed, under the conditions which they live in their workplace?
