Potassium Bromate is one of the tasks that caused much attention and reservation in the fields of nutrition compounds recently.

That happened as a result of its nature in the floor paste, where its chemical composition is assumed to contain substances that causes cancer which damages human life.

To declare the matter, a study was run out to investigate into the matter of this substance, where different studies collectively and individually, were considered to point out whether there were negative effects that might be resulted within this substance use or not.

The study presented some experiments which were internationally and localy tested such as the World's Health Organization, Saudi Heart Association, Faculty of Pharmacy, university of khartoum and measurements authorities.

All these studies agreed on the healthy damage of use for what concerns chemical substance on human health specially for heart, kidneys, listening and endocrine glands.

Therefore many countries forbade using it as a nutrition improving substance.

It was pointed out the modification that takes place within protein as a result of using the Potassium Bromate, which reduces the nutrition value.

Inspite of the effect of Potassium Bromate in increasing and improving bread, it has a hudge damage on man's health, which makes us recommend not to deal with it in nutritions and set punishment for those who dare use it, as the human health should have priority.
