Abstract EN

Algeria has paid special attention to the reconstruction sector, due to the importance and seriousness of its repercussions, especially those related to the environmental field, Therefore, it has created many tools to take care of this sector, including the planning and reconstruction guide, which is considered one of the most important tools for local reconstruction, through which the state seeks to control reconstruction processes and devote effective protection to the environment, from practices that affect it as a result of irrational behavior individuals, the Algerian legislator has enacted laws that regulate reconstruction, activity and preservation of the environment in the interest of the public.

Based on the above, this research paper aims to define the planning and reconstruction guide, as well as clarify its role in protecting the environment, and we concluded in the end that the structural plan is one of the tools for local preparation and reconstruction, and has an important role in imposing its control on urban expansion in order to preserve the overall ecosystem.
