Abstract EN

Algeria's African policy has been the subject of several writings, publications and even reports in the media.

But little has been said about what has conditioned Algerian diplomacy, and in particular the link between its experience, the principles that guided it and the action on the ground.

Algeria's diplomatic approach cannot be fully apprehended without a return to its past, and particularly the events that have made Algerian nationalism a struggle that has its deep roots in Africa and gives it a universalist spirit.
