Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to explain the legal and jurisprudential rooting of the theory of emergency conditions, in addition to clarifying the foundations and rules derived from them in Sharia and law.

It included two sections: the first section dealt with the definition of the theory of emergency conditions in the language, jurisprudence and law.

The second section, however, explained the juristic rooting in the theory of the Quran and the Sunnah and the various sources of legislation.

The research then sated the legal rooting and foundations on which this theory was built, so that it can be applied.
