This research aims at highlighting the electronic monitoring system in all its theoretical aspects and presenting the legislation that was developed in this field, namely Law 18- 01 of 30 January 2018, which is the legal system of the electronic monitoring system through the electronic bracelet, in order to draw A clear picture of it, in addition to the provision of raw material for achievement and the development of other research in the future, in addition to the investigation of the application of the status system under the supervision of electronic field, being missing link in this legislation.
