The research revolves around an important axis that is summarized in: Islam, with the text of the Noble Qur'an, is the first to establish the principles of human rights and the principles relating to them in more than one place in the Qur'an.

The researcher tried to present the purposes of Islamic law in reformulating human thought and ridding it of all bad and aggressive thoughts that bring nothing but destruction and killing to societies and individuals, citing blessed texts from the Noble Qur'an and the Noble Hadith, then comparing them with what the human community has reached of these consecration ideas.
