The human system in Islam stands with firm certainty that man and woman are of the same sex and of one formation and one nature.

The Almighty said (O people, fear your Lord, who created you from a single soul) when He differentiated between the best of His creatures with piety and made them, Glory be to Him, the standard of comparison, as well as what the Almighty distinguished the preference of women if She was a good mother and an obedient wife.

The research dealt with the issue of women's education as a model of their natural right in the Islamic society.
