In modernity, reason is an angel in evaluating moral matters, and the basis of modernity is the foundational mind.

Some of them believe in the modern era that rational knowledge is worthy and sufficient in moral matters, and these believe that man is dispensed with revelation in knowing moral matters, so they do not see a place for divine revelation in morals.

The research deals with the beginning of the modernist viewpoint on the foundational mind and then begins with a critique and study of the foundational mind from the perspective of the Holy Qur'an.

It first deals with the value and consideration of rational knowledge in ethical issues from the perspective of the Holy Qur'an, then showing the inability of the foundational mind to know all ethical issues in light of the Qur'anic verses.
