The reality (entering) constitutes un extreme importance in the marriage contract in Islamic jurisprudence and the laws of personal status for being the form marked the beginning of a life of a private nature between the couple and by this incident the achievement of the most important marriage contract effect begins , a proven primision to enjoy between the couple, which achieves the offspring and also builds upon it the important implications wanted by sacred legislator like imposing the total dowry and other effects.

If we knew that it will be right for us to ask about the meaning of entering.

Is it limited to the meaning known in our minds that we get him by initiate (real entrering) which is a sexual encounter between the couple, or is it also that other incidents may involve the entry of by means of the metaphor (hypothetical entering) and the sign of that might be based upon that it may cause some of the real entering effects.

It has been found a side of the Muslim scholars which gone to the possibility of establishing other acts like (correct retreat) as a real entry, especially in the creation of some of its effects, and they have their evidence and their reasons.
