The Moroccan legislator adopted an important criminal legal bloc to criminalize corruption by public services, in order to keep up with international developments in this context, through the adoption of a series of legislative and regulatory laws.

The United States and Arab Conventions constitute a binding reference framework for States parties to take measures to combat and criminalize all acts of corruption, followed by the 2011 Constitution, which has been a positive step towards the establishment and establishment of public services.

This is also a set of legislative and organizational texts establishing sophisticated public services with modern standards and principles.
