Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the attitudes of faculty members towards the role of Princess Noura bint Abdul Rahman University in developing human capital, and also to identify the role of Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman University in promoting the development of human capital in accordance with the requirements of the labor market, and to find out how the identification can be enhanced.

Mechanism for enhancing the role of Princess Noura bint Abdul Rahman University in developing human capital in accordance with the requirements of the labor market.

The study adopted the descriptive survey approach.

The research procedures were applied on a simple random sample consisting of (401) faculty members from the study community.

The results of the research came out that there are Approval among study individuals on the contributions of Princess Noura bint Abdul Rahman University in preparing cadres of professors qualified to lead higher education in the Kingdom, as well as providing the opportunity to study rare medical, engineering and technical specialties, in addition to establishing a high level of academic and professional standards.

Study on the role of Princess Noura bint Abdul Rahman University in training female students who are expected to graduate to prepare them for the job market, as well as directing scientific studies at the university in a way that helps instill values Work, in addition to the university developing its curricula to bridge the gap between theoretical study and the requirements of the labor market, and in light of these results, the research recommends the necessity to extend bridges of participation and cooperation between the university and productive institutions, to bridge the gap between university outputs and the needs of the labor market
