Abstract EN

The jurists mentioned that there are three inhibitions of inheritance: slavery, murder and differences in religion.

In this research I’ll try to confirm that disobedience to parents is one of inheritance inhibitions; since disobedience to parents is considered taboo and a major sin, and it does not differ in any way from the aforementioned inhibitions.

Ibn Hibban and An-Nasa’i narrated on the authority of Abdullah bin Amr bin al-Aas, (May Allah be pleased with them), that the Prophet (Peace & blessings be upon him) said : "No one who is disobedient to his parents, no one who reminds others of his favors, and no drunkard, will enter Paradise".
