تأثير استعمال زيت نبات القرنفل (Syzygiumaromaticum)‎ في بعض الصفات الفسلجية و صورة الدم في الأرانب المحلية

Abstract EN

This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of (Syzygiumaromaticum) oil on GPT, GOT, creatinine, cholesterol, blood glucose and blood parameters of local rabbits.

twenty four rabbits average weight (1450-1550) gram were used in this study, they are divided into (3) groups , each group (8) rabbits .Group (1) the control gives 0.5 ml only tap water orally, while group (2) , (3) gives clove oil (0.25), (0.5) ml respectively orally for one month.

the results shows that the administration of clove oil produce a significant decrease at ( p< 0.05 ) level in GPT,GOT, blood glucose, cholesterol and platelets .

and a significant increase at( P< 0.05) in the hematological parameters Hb , RBC,WBC , PCV and creatinine.
