في هذا البحث يتم مناقشة اقتراح يتعلق ببرنامج يتناسب جميع المناطق بما في ذلك العراق و منطقة الشرق الأوسط ككل.

أن هذة الاستراتيجية ستجعل المنطقة في التنافس الدولي بخصوص التغير المناخي.

بالإضافة إلى ذلك، فإن استراتيجي مساعدة لدول الخليج UNFCCC لبلوغ الهدف النهائي التي تشارك المنطقة في الهيئات الدولية عبر برنامج الامم المتحدة لتغير المناخ منظمة الامم التحدة للتغير المناخيأو الإطارية بشأن تغير المناخ و البيئة من خلال نظم الموديل للاستدامة المقترحة.

يناقش هذا البحث استراتيجية الإطار التكاملي لتغير المناخي و التأثير المحتمل على البيئة والتي تشمل انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة و القضايا البيئية الصغيرة لاعادة بناء المنطقة ككل في البنية التحتية و البيئية في سياق تطبيق الاستثمارات الاقتصادية الحكيمة و الإدارة البيئية في التخطيط الوطني لسنوات طويلة لنفس الغرض .

و تتضمن معلومات من المحتمل أن تكون ذات قيمة للعديد لنفس المستثمرين المحليين و الدوليين في المنطقة من خلال منظمات و شركات تقديم خدمة للمصصممين بشأن التغير المناخي.

من هذه النقطة أعتقد أن الدول العربية غير مؤهلة لذلك لتطبيق مقترحات منظمة التغير المناخي التتابع للأمم المتحدة.

English Abstract

Baghdad is a large city that is warmer than surrounding areas due to the urban heat island effect.

This study is to express in discussing a resaerch concerns a program suited to all regions including the Iraqi region.

This strategy will make the region competitive among the local, international the strategies will help Iraq meets the ultimate objective which is involved of the region in international bodies via United Nation Climate Change Program (UNFCCC or FCCC) through the proposed Sustainable Environment Systems, [SES] discusses the strategy design of the integrating framework for climate change potential impact on the region environment practices which includes, GHG emissions and micro environmental issues to rebuilding the region as whole in infrastructure, and the environment against the context of decades unwise economic application and the absence of environmental management principles in national planning for long years.

It is intended for a wide audience and includes information likely to be of value to many of the local and international investors involved in developing in the region through the organizations and companies provide exemplary customer service.

In addition the research budges for developing countries from FCCC.

From this point I believe that the region states are qualified for it.
