العديد من الدراسات وظفت الدراسة الخصائص و الصفات الخاصة بالصفائح المعدنية و للعديد من الظروف المحيطية.

في هذا البحث الانحراف الخاص بصفيحة معدنية و الذي قد يحدث نتيجة تأثير كل من الحمل الحراري و الاهتزاز الميكانيكي قد درست نظريا و عمليا الحمل الحراري متولد من ماكنة لحام قوس كهربائي و الاهتزاز الميكانيكي ولد من هزاز ميكانيكي.

التحليل الرياضي اشتق من نظرية الصفائح المبسطة (نظرية كيرشوف) و التي قد اثبتت عمليا.

الاجهاد المتولد من الهزاز الميكانيكي و حرارة اللحام قيس باستخدام مقياس الاجهاد التشوه و الاجهاد قد وجد بأعظم قيمه عندما تكون الصفيحة في حالة الحمل الكامل عند المنتصف.

هذه الدراسة أعطت نتائج و بتقارب كبير مع النتائج العملية المستحصلة و أيضا تطابقت مع نتائج لنظريات استخدمت في دراسات أخرى.

English Abstract

Several methods have been employed to study the characteristics and properties of plates for several boundary conditions.

In this paper the deflection of plate which may occur due to both of thermal load and mechanical vibration frequency were presented theoretically and experimentally.

The thermal load presents the heat induced from arc welding machine, and the mechanical vibration load presents the mechanical shaker.

Theoretical solution was derived by using the simple plate theory (Kirchhoff’s theory), then it’s proved experimentally.

The strain that generated from the shaker and welding heat was measured by using strain gauge.

The deflection and also strain are found to be at its maximum value when the plate is fully loaded at the mid surface of the plate.

This study produced results which corroborate the findings of a great deal with the experimental work and also by comparing with the theory that employed by the previous work.
