This study deals with the study of a rare dirham named Laila ibn Nu'man, one of the commanders of al-Hasan ibn al-Qasim, ruler of the Alawites in Tabaristan, and he was the governor of Jurgan in 308 AH / 921 AD.

He succeeded in controlling Nishapur and occupying it in Dhu al-Hijjah in 308 AH / In Tabaristan, and overlooking us a rare dirham of its kind hit Nishapur on behalf of Laila bin Numan, and historian in the year 309 AH.

The importance of this dirham is attributed to several trends that it represents a rare piece in this search for the money of one of the revolutionaries on the Abbasid caliphate.
