ان القطاع المصرفي يعتبر الركيزة الاساس لكل النظم الاقتصادية في جميع البلدان و ان اي تعثر او فشل مالي او اداري في النظام المصرفي سينعكس سلب على القطاع المصرفي و بالتالي يؤدي الى زعزعة الثقة فيه وعلى سمعته و نشاطه لذا و على هذا الاساس نظمت القوانين و أوجدت حلول آنية للنهوض بهذه المصارف المتعثرة و اعادة هيكلتها و جعلها اكثر كفاءة و ذلك لحماية المتعاملين مع تلك المصارف و لتعزيز الثقة لديهم عن طريق اعادة تأهيل المصرف المتعسر.
Abstract EN
The banking sector is the mainstay of all economic systems in all countries, and that any financial or administrative failure or failure in the banking system will reflect negatively on the banking sector and thus lead to undermining confidence in it, its reputation and its activity.
And make it more efficient in order to protect the dealers with these banks and to enhance their confidence by rehabilitating the insolvent bank
