The idea of public order is a legal idea that aims to preserve the foundations upon which society is based, so no freedom can be exercised in a way that contradicts public order.Among these freedoms is the freedom to demonstrate, in which individuals express their demands and opinions, it is a method of protesting and rejecting decisions that do not fit their aspirations, and it can be used as a tool for delivering a set of ideas to state institutions for implementation.However, recognizing the freedom to demonstrate does not mean that it is absolute,but it should be exercised within the framework of public order.If this freedom becomes a threat to public order, the administration will interfere with authorities specified by law, whether these powers were before the start of the demonstration, or during it.
